Biogas ➠ Biomethane ➠ BioLNG

Biogas is a natural fuel consisting of:
~55% methane, ~ 43% CO2 and ~2% mixture of other gases.

Biogas is produced in the process of anaerobic digestion of a substrate in the form of organic matter, i.e. biomass, processed at a specific temperature. Biomass consists of agricultural and livestock waste, e.g.: slurry, manure, post-production waste from crop, livestock and food industry processing, chicken manure and municipal waste.

During fermentation, bacteria break biomass down into biogas and then instlation cleaning it and separating CO2 we get biomethane – a gas with high energy value which, once processed properly, becomes a source of ecological green energy that protects the climate against pollution and emissions.

Biomethane can be successfully transformed, e.g. into bioLNG.

As a result of biomethane production, another important product is obtained – digestate. It is an excellent ecological fertilizer readily used by farmers.

BioLNG is a fuel that has the same properties as LNG. It is produced in the process of biomethane liquefaction. BioLNG can be used, for example, as car fuel.

In order to reduce emissions from the methane production process, we decided to design and implement innovative CO2 capture facilities. After compression, captured CO2 will be sold to representatives of the food industry for e.g. dry ice producers.
